This Surah, like other Makki suras, is concerned with one of the fundamentals of religion, that is, the confirmation of resurrection. Describes events of the day of judgement like eclipse of moon and sun, and the power of Allah (swt) to rebuild human body to the fingertips. Advises Nabi (saw) not to repeat the revelation with the fear of forgetting it since Allah (swt) has taken the responsibility to preserve it in his heart. Sends a curse to disbeliever who does not accept the truth and pray to his Lord rather turns away from guidance in arrogance.
